Supportio is software for remote access and technical support. A user runs Host, and a specialist connects through the administrator workspace.
How is it different from TeamViewer and AnyDesk?
Supportio is an independent remote-support product with its own Host, relay protocol and administrator workspace. The current release focuses on Windows support through ID and password.
How do I connect to a remote computer?
Run Supportio Host on the remote computer, share its ID and temporary password with a trusted specialist, then enter those details in the administrator workspace.
Does Supportio need to be installed?
The Windows Host can start as a portable application. Installation is optional and enables the background service and installed-mode capabilities.
Which operating systems are supported?
The public Host download currently targets 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11. The administrator workspace works in a modern browser.
How is a connection protected?
Public traffic uses TLS. The server validates ID and password and enforces session ownership, direction and input permission.
Can the user end a session?
Yes. The Host displays active session state and provides a Disconnect action.
Is Supportio free?
Public licensing and pricing terms have not yet been published, so the website does not make a free or paid-use claim.
